We have a winner for the HDI Midwest Region Analyst of the Year Competition.
This past December, IPFW IT Services’ Karen Bogard was awarded Analyst of the Year for the HDI Indiana Chapter. We have just received news that Karen was awarded Analyst of the Year for the HDI Midwest Region beating out competitors from 11 other states. As one of 6 semi-finalists, Karen will next compete at HDI’s Annual Conference in late April to win the international title.
The Help Desk Analyst of the Year award was initiated by HDI in 2004 to identify and award the industry’s top Help Desks analysts. The requirements include an exceptional understanding of industry standards, commitment to excellent service, and consistency in exceeding performance objectives. Karen’s supervisor, Mary Nixon, is proud to say that Karen has consistently excelled at going above and beyond the call of duty for all members of the IPFW community. Congratulations Karen and we wish you the best at the National Competition
