Meeting information for September
Mark your calendars now for our meeting in September. We have lots of new and exciting things planned for this year.
Our September meeting will be September 21st.
This month we will be featuring Jason Westrick from Batesville Casket. (Jason BIO) He will be presenting Customer Feedback + LEAN Process Improvements = Increase Customer Satisfaction. (Presentation). We will be at Brooksource, 8365 Keystone Crossing, Suite 2C (Conference Room on 2nd Floor), Indianapolis, IN 46240. You can park on any side of the building and there will be an entrance to the building.
We will begin at 1:00pm EST networking and our meeting will begin at 1:30pm. Bring a friend – we will be having a drawing for a free membership for our non-members.

We need your help
Indiana HDI Chapter is requesting your help with coordinating the Analyst of the Year Program. We are looking for volunteers to be on this committee along with a leader for this very important event that takes place in December.
Please consider volunteering your time to help your chapter and make this a great event. Please email bryan.kercheval@roche.com if you can help.
